Therapivity's Service Guide

A client mentioned that booking a service can feel a little confusing right now. My bad! I promise it wasn’t intentional. So I figured now is the perfect time to provide a quick up-to-date service guide.
The primary change is a new service, Total Lymph Reboot, that combines myofascial release and lymphatic drainage into a single two-hour session. I know… the name isn’t exactly the most creative, but hear me out.
It’s a great session that helps you downregulate from a day of cognitive overload, muscular bracing, and never-ending stress. Myofascial release reduces mechanical tension. Lymphatic drainage supports fluid movement. Together, they give your nervous system a reason to slow down. Here’s more…

Total Lymphatic Reboot

Best choice if you’re feeling:
  • A mix of systemic fatigue, tension, inflammation, and stress
  • You’ve tried one modality and still don’t feel “reset.”
  • You want a deep recovery day
Who it’s perfect for:
✔ Clients seeking support for managing chronic stress-related pain
✔ Athletes between seasons or after intense competition blocks
✔ Anyone resetting after illness, travel, or burnout
Who may not benefit most:
✔ Anyone experiencing unexplained pain.
✔ People who have been diagnosed with a condition that isn’t stable
If you enjoy a combination of deep work, stretching, and fascial release, Integrated sessions are the way to go.

Integrated Massage

Best choice if you’re feeling:
  • Muscle stiffness, tight shoulders/hips, restricted range of motion
  • DOMS after workouts or chronic tension from desk sitting
  • Wanting performance maintenance, pain relief, or enhanced mobility
Who it’s perfect for:
✔ People with ongoing muscle tension
✔ Athletes prepping for performance or recovering from training
✔ Busy professionals carrying stress in their bodies
✔ Anyone wanting to improve movement patterns
Who may not benefit most:
✔ Anyone experiencing unexplained pain
✔ Clients with lymphatic disorders
✔ People who have been diagnosed with a condition that isn’t stable

Finally, if you’re experiencing heaviness, starting with lymphatic work is often the best option. This session alleviates swelling while supporting your immune system and detox pathways. Consider booking a lymphatic drainage session.

Lymphatic Drainage

Best choice if you’re feeling:
  • Puffy hands, legs, face, or sensation of fluid build-up
  • Stagnant, heavy feeling after travel, injury, or surgery
  • Chronic inflammation or autoimmune stress
  • Want a nervous system calming effect from the inside out
Who it’s perfect for:
✔ Post-surgery or post-trauma clients
✔ People with chronic inflammation
✔ Those struggling with puffiness, sinus heaviness, or sluggishness
✔ Anyone dealing with immune or lymphatic load
Who may not benefit most:
✔ Anyone experiencing unexplained pain or chronic swelling
✔ People who have been diagnosed with a condition that isn’t stable
✔ Active individuals without issues of fluid retention

At Therapivity, strategic recovery gives your body permission to breathe, release, and reorganize.
