Iesha, a native of Goose Creek, South Carolina, grew up actively involved in sports, fueling her passion for supporting athletes through the field of sports medicine. This passion led her to pursue a B.A. in Public Health at the University of South Carolina.
During her time at USC, Iesha’s journey took an exciting turn as she discovered a profound interest in Health Psychology, igniting a new level of dedication to understanding the mind-body connection and promoting holistic well-being.

After serving in the Army for seven years, Dana, originally from South Carolina, decided to call Philadelphia her home. Prior to her military career, she played college basketball for WSCC and MTSU, receiving several accolades. Additionally, she obtained a Master’s degree in Public Health from Creighton University.
Driven by her passion for assisting athletes of all levels and veterans with their sports and training recovery, and pain management, Dana co-founded Therapivity. Her goal is to use massage therapy as a tool to achieve these objectives.
She enjoys reading, hiking, camping, and watching sports in her free time.
