SERVICES

Mobile Massage

Integrated Massage

Our Integrated Massage allows us to adapt each massage session to our client's need(s).
Modalities include:  Massage, Stretching, Mobility Training, Trigger Point Release, and Muscle Scraping (IASTM). Active Release Therapy (ART), and more...

Manual Lymphatic Drainage

A gentle rhythmic technique (Vodder) that encourages the natural movement of lymph into lymph nodes, helping remove toxins and waste from tissue.
By improving lymph flow, we are able to speed up healing (post-op surgery) and flush out any excess swelling within the body.

How Does Integrated Massage Differ from Sports Massage?

Our integrated massage is quite similar to sports massage.

Sports massage is a modality that focuses on the needs of athletes who participate in sports, training, and competition. Like integrated massage, it involves many techniques such as stretching, myofascial release, compression, and trigger point therapy.

So why don’t we use sports massage instead?

We believe the term “sports massage” can inadvertently limit the perception of who can benefit from our treatment. Many individuals assume that only athletes can benefit from our services. However, that is far from true.

Our integrated massage treatment is equally beneficial for regular workday workers, those living with chronic pain, and athletes. The primary objective of our sessions is to facilitate healing and enhance your performance in any activity you engage in, irrespective of your athletic status.
